“You are what you waste” rings in my ears moving through our beautiful planet. In my search for ways to make this planet a lighter and a more beautiful place to live, I found ways to compost the wet waste from our kitchens into black gold that can be used as manure to grow the food we eat, also as soil conditioner and for the good health of our plants.
